What is your return policy?
If you find that your mat isn't as you expected, you have 30 days to lodge a return. You can do this through our "contact us" page. Your mat will need to be in good condition (not damaged or excessively dirty) to be eligible for a return. Our mats have an extensive quality assurance process, however if your product is faulty you can contact us via our return page to coordinate a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer gift cards?
Of course! We can provide both physical and virtual gift cards. You can purchase a gift card in our shop.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. If you're within Australia and are having trouble with these payment methods please use the contact us section to see how we can help.
Why don't you have an Amazon store?
The packaging used for sales via Amazon is out of our control, and we want the sale of our products to have as little impact to the environment as possible. For this reason, we don't sell on Amazon. You can always buy directly from our website, if you're having any issues with your order or would like to make a bulk purchase, please contact us and we would be happy to help!
Why don't you use natural rubber?
Unfortunately natural rubber contains latex. Many of the population have either sever latex allergies, or irritant dermatitis when they are in contact with latex. The last thing we want is for our customers to have breakouts or reactions from using our products. What do you use for shipping packaging
Within Australia, our products are boxed in specifically designed box sizes to minimise free space. The boxes are made from 100% recycled materials within Australia. Our labels are made of recycled paper and stickers.
